Po kokosovem olju in mleku v prehrano dodajamo tudi kokosovo maslo, ki je sestavljeno le iz ene sestavine
Med našimi letošnjimi poletnimi obsesijami so bili recepti za kremaste kokosove mojite in preproste kokosove kroglice. Jasno je, da vse skupaj povezuje specifičen okus po kokosu. Če ste torej tudi vi ljubitelji tega eksotičnega sadeža, smo prepričani, da boste navdušeni tudi nad kokosovim maslom, katerega receptura je specifična po tem, da potrebujete samo eno sestavino, in sicer kokos v prahu. Ko ga naredite, lahko to maslo kombinirate z različnimi sladicami – od sladoleda do smutijev.
Kokosovo maslo: Recept, kjer potrebujete le eno sestavino
Recept za kokosovo maslo, ki je pritegnil našo pozornost na prvi pogled, smo našli na TikTok profilu @thrivingonplants, ki je pogosto naša izbira, ko gre za navdih za preproste recepte. Njegova priprava je preprosta, vendar je to posledica dejstva, da se za izdelavo masla uporablja kuhinjski robot ali blender. Prav tako je kokosovo maslo idealno kot namaz za popečene kruhke, lahko pa ga uporabite tudi kot preliv za torte ali vašo najljubšo ovseno kašo. V nadaljevanju predstavljamo postopek priprave in dodatne nasvete, na katere morate biti pozorni.
Sestavine
- 300 g kokosovega prahu
- malo soli in sladkorja (po želji)
- ekstrakt vanilije (neobvezno)
Priprava
Vse kar potrebujete je, da daste približno 300 g kokosovega prahu v kuhinjski robot ali mešalnik. Po potrebi blender večkrat ugasnemo in prižgemo, da se kokos v prahu, ki se je nabral na robovih, poveže z zmesjo, ki dobi obliko masla. Po želji, če niste zadovoljni z okusom, lahko kokosovemu maslu dodate malo soli ali sladkorja ter vanilijev ekstrakt. Na koncu dobljeno maslo shranite v manjšo posodico, ki jo boste imeli na kuhinjski polici. Masla ne hranite v hladilniku, ker se bo takrat popolnoma strdilo. Poleg tega pridobljene količine ne smete hraniti dlje kot en mesec.

Keep in the pantry (it will become rock hard in the fridge) for up to 1 month. Serving Suggestions: ✨ Add it onto your oatmeal ✨ Add it into your smoothies ✨ Use it in desserts/baking ✨ Use it in raw/no bake treats ✨ Spread it onto toast (like I did in the thumbnail! I mixed mine with sifted matcha + maple and used it as a spread. Then drizzled extra coconut butter on top) ✨ Drizzle over ice-cream (it'll instantly turn into a hard shell too!) Notes: This will become quite hard and solid at room temp once it cools. You can spoon this onto a hot food/meals and it'll soften.
